综合运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱及制备型高效液相等色谱分离技术,对夹竹桃科玫瑰树属植物古城玫瑰树Ochrosia elliptica Labill枝叶中的非生物碱类化学成分进行系统的分离和纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据,并通过与文献对照,确定了从古城玫瑰树枝叶90%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到的18个化合物的结构,分别鉴定为:(+)-松脂醇(1)、(+)-5′-甲氧基松脂素(2)、(+)-落叶松树脂醇(3)、(+)-5′-甲氧基落叶松树脂醇(4)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(5)、(-)-丁香脂素(6)、(-)-表丁香脂素(7)、刺五加酮(8)、浙贝素(9)、7-羟基香豆素(10)、7-甲氧基香豆素(11)、东莨菪内酯(12)、异秦皮素(13)、咖啡酸乙酯(14)、阿魏酸(15)、对-羟基苯甲醛(16)、香草醛(17)、香草酸(18)。其中包括9个木脂素类化合物、4个香豆素类化合物和5个酚酸类化合物,以上所有化合物均为首次从玫瑰树属植物中分离得到。
In this study, we used silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, ODS reverse phase column chromatography and preparative HPLC to separate non-Ochrosia elliptica Labill leaves Alkaloids chemical components of the systematic separation and purification. According to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compound, the structures of 18 compounds isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the 90% ethanolic extracts of ancient rose city were identified as (+) - - (+) - 5’- methoxy rosin resin (2), (+) - larch resin alcohol (-) - syringaresinol (7), abaciscidone (8), Zhe Pei Su (9), 7-hydroxycoumarin (10), 7-methoxycoumarin (11), scopoletin (12), isopuetin (13), ethyl caffeate (15), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (16), vanillin (17), vanillic acid (18). Including nine lignan compounds, four coumarins and five phenolic compounds, all of which were isolated from the genus Oolongraceae for the first time.
