我厂生产1105W型柴油机,机体孔加工是用自制液压半自动组合镗床加工,12个孔同时镗削,孔径φ38~φ206,精度2~4级。每次换刀时,镗刀调整很费工时,尺寸也不稳定。为此,我们革新了镗孔对刀工具。镗孔对刀工具结构如图1,由后支架3、前夹紧架8和本体16组成。千分表12由表头夹子10、支杆夹子11、支杆13固定在前夹紧架上。带V型槽的后夹紧套5,套在螺纹紧杆2的前端。
