由兵器工业总公司办公厅、思想政治工作办公室、企业改革局、西南兵工局、北方工业公司联合主办,《中国兵工》与本刊承办的“北方杯”加快兵器工业改革与发展有奖征文,已于近日园满结束。这次历时近一年的征文活动,受到兵器总公司机关和企事业单位的广泛关注和重视,兵总办公厅专门发出通知,兵器亲统所属单位和作者认真组织,投稿踊跃。整个活动共收到96个单位298篇征文稿,充分反映出广大兵器职工积极投身兵器工业改革与发展的伟业、希望行业振兴的殷殷之情。这次征文活动既是一次共商改革大计、共谋发展大业的群众性献计献策活动,也是一次动员广大职工解放思想、转变观念的舆论宣传和导向活动。数百篇征文稿都围绕改革与发展中的热点、重点、难点问题,从解放思想、转变观念;转换经营机制,抓好三项制度改革;建立现代企业制度;调整产业产品结构和优化结构;人才流失现象分析和加强人才培训;改革中成功经验和教训;机构改革与体制建设;建立厂长经理竞争机制;亏损原因分析与增盈对策;党建
Jointly organized by the General Office of the Ordnance Industry Corporation, the Ideological and Political Work Office, the Enterprise Reform Bureau, the Southwest Bureau of Industry and Industry, and the North Industries Corporation. The “Northern Cup” contracted by the “Chinese Ordnance” and the magazine accelerates the reform and development of the weapons industry. The winning essay was concluded at the end of the recent holiday. This essay-raising event which lasted nearly one year was extensively concerned and valued by the organs and companies of the Ordnance Corporation. The General Office of the Armed Forces issued a special notice, and the units and authors of the pro-military units of the weapon conscientiously organized and contributed actively. The entire activity received a total of 298 articles in 96 units, which fully reflected the great ambitions of the majority of weapons workers to actively participate in the reform and development of the weapons industry, and hoped that the industry would be rejuvenated. This essay-raising event is not only a mass-sponsored initiative for consultation and reform, but also a major propaganda and orientation campaign to mobilize the broad masses of workers to emancipate their minds and change their concepts.
