统计台账,似乎是一个老生常谈的话题。然而从笔者多年的统计执法检查情况看,建立健全原始记录及统计台账这项统计“基本功”却被一些调查单位有意无意地忽略了,更有甚者根本不知统计台账为何物,每逢需要填报统计报表时,才忙不迭地从各种资料中拼凑“答案”。设置统计台账是做好统计工作的第一步,基础不牢,一定会加大数据出错的风险。所以,笔者认为,统计部门要多宣传统计台账的意义、巧讲解使用方法,真正促使每一家单位的统计台账都能用
