复方丹参滴丸对急性高粘滞血症模型鼠红细胞变形性的影响

为研究复方丹参滴丸治疗高粘滞血症的机制 ,采用肾上腺素 (0 .1% ) 0 .5 mg/ kg sc,高分子右旋糖酐生理盐水注射液 (10 % ) 0 .6 g/ kg快速尾 iv造成急性高粘滞血症模型。治疗药物用复方丹参滴丸 ,用药量 15 mg/ kg体重(成人用量 5倍 )为丹低组、用药量 30 mg/ kg体重 (成人用量 10倍 )为丹中组、用药量 75 mg/ kg体重 (成人用量 2 5倍 )为丹高组 ,造模前 90 min ig 1次。造模 6 0 min后股动脉取血 ,检测红细胞变形能力。结果发现 :复方丹参滴丸具有改善急性高粘滞血症模型鼠红细胞变形能力的作用 ,而且在 15~ 75 mg/ kg体重剂量范围内 ,随剂量增加 ,疗效递增 To study the mechanism of compound Danshen Dripping Pills in treating hyperviscosity, epinephrine (0.1%) 0.5 mg/kg sc, polymer dextrose saline (10 %) 0.6 g/kg fast Tail iv caused an acute hyperviscosity model.
