一门学科的创立和建设,离不开两个原则:其一,要划定该学科大体的研究范围;其二,要界定该学科的基本概念。地缘政治经济学作为学术界新倡议的学科,也应该遵守这些原则。本文认为,地缘政治经济学研究的范围是特定的地缘区域,该区域的范围和性质是由机动性来定义的,地缘区域机动性的逆转是由资产专属性决定的。地缘区域、机动性和资产专属性是地缘政治经济分析的核心概念。 The establishment and construction of a discipline can not be separated from two principles: First, to delineate the broad scope of the discipline; second, to define the basic concepts of the discipline. Geopolitical economics, as a new initiative in academia, should also follow these principles. This paper argues that the scope of geopolitical economics research is a specific geographical area, the scope and nature of the area is defined by the mobility, the reversal of geo-regional mobility is determined by the asset specificity. Geo-regionalism, mobility and asset specificity are central concepts in geopolitical economic analysis.
