April 17, 2004, “The First China Real Estate Finance Summit Forum” was grandly held in Beijing Great Hall of the People. This forum is sponsored by China Real Estate and Residential Research Institute, undertaken by Huaxia Chuangfu Investment Management Co., Ltd., real estate research appraisal center of Peking University, real estate research institute of Tsinghua University in China currently has a high level of real estate finance forum. China Construction Bank, People’s Bank of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Construction Bank and other well-known part of the country’s commercial banks, Chongqing International Trust Company, Southwest Securities, Global Securities, Hong Kong,
