近几年,随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市建设发展也非常迅速,对建筑行业的需求越来越高,工程造价呈现上涨趋势,直接增加了建筑工程的经济成本。对于工程造价的管理是企业生产经营的核心环节之一,比较容易出现疏忽与漏洞,采用什么方法降低工程的造价这一问题被许多企业所广泛关注与探讨。本文重点阐述了建筑工程造价的影响要素,同时分析了降低工程造价的策略,希望在工程建设的过程中,降低不利因素的影响,节约成本,促进建筑行业的科学、可持续发展。
