由于高原有其特殊的低温、低气压、煤层松软、煤层倾角大、围岩裂隙发育、地质构造极其复杂的特点,煤巷掘进支护方式的研究属世界性难题,无经验可借鉴与参考。针对此种情况,分析了软煤巷道掘进过程中的变形机理,通过深孔与浅孔联合布置方式进行了超前预注浆加固围岩,有效地控制了松软煤层的变形及冒落。
Due to its special features of low temperature and low pressure, soft coal seam, large coal seam dip, the development of fractures in surrounding rock and extremely complicated geological structure, the research on coal tunnel excavation and support is a worldwide problem with no experience and reference. In view of this situation, the deformation mechanism of soft coal roadway during tunneling is analyzed. Pre-grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock through joint arrangement of deep hole and shallow hole can effectively control the deformation and fallout of soft coal seam.
