采用灰色关联度分析方法,分析了来自CIMMYT的Pob45、Pob46、Pob69、Pob704个改良群体自交系的玉米淀粉含量和穗部性状的关系,得出穗部性状与淀粉含量关系密切程度从大到小的顺序是:穗重>行粒数>百粒重>穗粗>穗长>穗行数。玉米淀粉主要存在于胚乳细胞中,而胚乳重量占玉米籽粒90%以上。因此,选择行粒数多、百粒重大的材料有利于得到淀粉含量高的自交系。
Gray relational analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between corn starch content and panicle traits in Pud45, Pob46, Pob69 and Pob70 improved inbred lines from CIMMYT. The correlation between panicle traits and starch content was analyzed. Small order: panicle weight> number of rows> number of kernels> number of ears> number of ears> number of ears> number of ears. Corn starch is mainly present in endosperm cells, while the weight of endosperm accounts for more than 90% of the corn kernels. Therefore, the choice of line number of particles, 100 large material is conducive to high starch content inbred lines.
