硼酸盐润滑油添加剂的摩擦磨损表面经小面积X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和剖面XPS分析发现,摩擦摩损表面生成了复杂的摩擦化学保护膜,该保护膜主要由吸附膜、沉积膜和摩擦化学产物组成。特别是BN化合物的生成,有利于改善其抗磨减摩性能。
The friction and wear surface of borate oil additive is characterized by XPS and XPS analysis. It is found that the friction and wear surface has complex tribochemical protective film. The protective film mainly consists of adsorption film, deposited film And tribochemical products.
