随着中西医学的发展和中西结合工作的开展,中西药的联合越来越广泛。合理的配伍,能增加疗效,减少毒副作用;而不合理的配伍则会降低药效,甚至引起毒副反应。近年来临床因合用中西药产生物理及化学反应导致药源性疾病屡见报道,本文就临床常见的中西药合用物理及化学性配伍禁忌归纳分类如下,以促进临床合理用药。 With the development of Chinese and Western medicine and the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, the joint of Chinese and Western medicine is becoming more and more widespread. Reasonable compatibility, can increase efficacy, reduce side effects; and unreasonable compatibility will reduce the efficacy, and even cause side effects. In recent years, clinical use of Chinese and Western medicine combined with physical and chemical reactions lead to drug-induced diseases are often reported in this paper, clinical common Chinese and Western medicine combined with taboos physical and chemical compatibility are summarized below, to promote clinical rational use of drugs.
