随着我国石油工业和化学工业的发展,各种油罐的制造安装任务日益增多,原来被广泛使用的桅杆法和中心柱倒装法,由于工效低,速度慢,所需施工机械多,容易变形,难以适应形势的发展,逐渐被“鼓风浮升”倒装法代替。但在使用该法施工中因为缺乏经验、技术不熟练、操作不当和其它一些原因,会引起罐体冒顶倾倒、浮升不动、急速下落、罐壁不直等问题。本文试就这些问题的产生原因和改进方法谈些意见,供参考。一、罐体冒顶、倾倒罐体浮升超过下一层壁板高度发生倾倒的事故,如图1所示。
