用有机酸-过氧化物体系对镍系低粘度丁二烯橡胶(NLVBR)BR9002进行环氧化,得到了不同环氧化程度(E)的环氧化NLVBR。与锂系高门尼粘度丁二烯橡胶相比,其环氧化反应能力稍弱。GPC和DSC测试表明,随着E增大,环氧化NLVBR的相对分子质量及其分布略有增大,Tg明显升高。当E从0增加到42.86%时,Tg从-99.66℃升至-44.06℃。关
Epoxidation of nickel series low viscosity butadiene rubber (NLVBR) BR9002 with organic acid peroxide system resulted in epoxidized NLVBR with different degree of epoxidation (E).
