本文讨论了回归分析和正态概率纸判别法在钢水高速定碳中的应用结果。找出500吨,用氧平炉钢水结晶温度和碳含量的线性关系。指出,钢水高速定碳的误差分布性质是正态分布的。在三班倒条件下,进行450次对照试验,结果表明,在30秒钟内能准确报出钢水碳含量。经现场表演和技术鉴定认为,方法对用氧平炉和转炉等冶炼普碳钢、普通低合金钢具有实用价值。
This paper discusses the application of regression analysis and normal probability paper determination in high-speed molten steel carbon determination. To find out the 500 tons, oxygen flat hearth steel crystallization temperature and the linear relationship between carbon content. It is pointed out that the error distribution nature of high-speed carbonization of molten steel is normally distributed. In the three shifts under the conditions of 450 control tests carried out, the results show that within 30 seconds accurately reported the molten steel carbon content. The live show and technical appraisal that the method of oxygen furnace and converter smelting plain carbon steel, ordinary low alloy steel has practical value.
