随着分布式能源系统的快速发展,为了促进电网主动消纳大规模分布式能源,考虑用户、聚合商和电网三方需求及收益等因素的大规模分布式能源系统博弈竞争模型亟待建立。针对这一复杂多目标优化问题,采用具有优异的全局搜索能力和求解效率的抹香鲸优化算法(sperm whale algorithm,SWA)对大规模分布式能源系统并网消纳问题进行了分析。同时,引入一种启发式约束处理方法对该算法的数据处理能力进行了优化。最后,结合分布式能源系统算例,对分布式能源系统博弈竞争模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明基于所提出模型得到的每个时段最优电价策略组合可以有效平衡用户、聚合商和电网三方收益,实现三方的合作共赢和协调发展。
With the rapid development of distributed energy system, in order to promote large-scale grid-based distributed energy consumption initiatively, a large-scale distributed energy system game competition model considering the needs, benefits and other factors of users, aggregators and power grids needs to be established urgently. In order to solve this complex multi-objective optimization problem, the sperm whale algorithm (SWA) with excellent global search ability and efficiency is used to analyze the large-scale distributed energy system. At the same time, a heuristic constraint method is introduced to optimize the data processing ability of the algorithm. Finally, with the example of distributed energy system, the game competition model of distributed energy system is simulated and the results show that the optimal price strategy combination based on the proposed model can effectively balance the tripartite income of users, aggregators and power grids So as to achieve win-win cooperation and coordinated development of the tripartite cooperation.
