中国当局明确表示全面参与ICP2011(比较世界各国经济实力的全球性统计活动),这是中国首次全面参与其中。鉴于ICP结果全球影响力巨大,在世界关注“中国因素”的背景下,中国必须尽全力追求ICP2011数据质量的改善。本文着重分析中国提升ICP2011数据质量的途径,考虑到可操作性,文章根据ICP实施步骤分别讨论中国改善数据质量需要的关键问题。
The Chinese authorities made it clear that they are fully involved in ICP2011 (a global statistical activity that compares the economic strength of all countries in the world), which is the first time that China has fully participated in it. Given the huge global influence of the ICP results, China must make every effort to improve the data quality of ICP2011 under the background of the world’s concern about “China factor.” This article focuses on analyzing China’s ways to improve the quality of ICP2011 data. Considering the operability, the article discusses the key issues that China needs to improve its data quality based on ICP implementation steps.
