舱段类部件数字化柔性对接系统设计与试验研究

为实现大尺寸、大重量、多约束关系的舱段类部件数字化、柔性化对接,研制了一套舱段类部件数字化柔性对接系统。阐述了该系统的组成及工作流程,通过数字化测量系统测量舱段上的位姿测量特征点,集成管控平台解算其相对位姿,控制并联调姿平台进行运动,实时监控舱段间装配力,实现舱段的调姿与对接。给出了数字化测量系统的应用、基于并联调姿平台的位姿调整与装配力测量及集成管控平台的功能设计,并完成了舱段对接的试验研究。试验结果表明,该系统满足大型舱段类部件柔性对接要求,提高了装配一致性,保证了产品与操作者的安全。 In order to realize digitization and flexible docking of large-scale, large-weight and multi-constraint sections, a digitized flexible docking system for cabin sections was developed. The composition and work flow of the system are described. The position and attitude measurement feature points are measured by digital measurement system. The integrated control platform solves the relative pose and posture, controls the parallel platform to move and realizes the assembly force between sections , To achieve the section of the sedan posture and docking. The application of the digital measurement system, the attitude adjustment and assembly force measurement based on parallel alignment platform and the functional design of the integrated management and control platform are given. The experimental research on the docking of the cabin is completed. The test results show that the system meets the requirements of flexible docking of large class sections, improves assembly consistency and ensures product and operator safety.
