人力资源是现代企业发展中的重要组成部分,人力资源在企业的众多资源中,属于最重要的资源,因为在知识经济时代的发展下,人本管理不断的深入到企业中,人力资源越来越受到广大企业的重视,有效的促进企业的发展,人才是市场竞争中最重要的竞争资源。一个企业要想长足稳定的发展是离不开优秀人才的,并且在人才的管理中一定要充分的发挥好人本主义思想。从我国的大多数企业来看,并没有对人力资源的管理有足够的重视,也没有完全进行人力资源的战略性管理。所以在针对这样的问题,必须要综合的进行处理,并结合企业的发展战略,制定可行性的发展对策。
