通过分析变频空调控制器的智能功率模块IPM(Intelligent Power Module)温度过热导致压缩机频率受到限制的实例出发,从理论和实验两个方面阐述变频空调控制器IPM温度过高的根本原因,提出降低变频控制器IPM(包括其他元器件)温度的措施,为变频空调产品的控制器元器件温升研究提供新的思路和方向。
Based on the analysis of the IPM (Intelligent Power Module) inverter temperature-limited compressor frequency limitation, this paper elaborates the root causes of IPM over-temperature in theory and experiment from two aspects, Frequency controller IPM (including other components) temperature measures for the inverter air conditioner product temperature controller research provides a new way of thinking and direction.
