青海德令哈地区蚊虫首次发现携带辽宁病毒

目的初步了解德令哈地区主要的蚊虫种类,对蚊虫标本进行检测证实是否携带辽宁病毒。方法 2014年8月在德令哈地区周边蚊虫密度较高的两个地点采集蚊虫标本6 050份,对其进行蚊虫鉴别,并将处理好的蚊虫标本接种至C6/36、BHK-21和Vero细胞进行病毒分离,用RT-PCR进行病毒检测。结果经鉴定,采集的蚊虫中黄背伊蚊5 600只、里海伊蚊450只,构成比分别为92.6%和7.4%。32管分装标本中检测到辽宁病毒(Liaoning virus,LNV)。结论初步确定青海德令哈地区的蚊虫种类为黄背伊蚊和里海伊蚊,黄背伊蚊为优势蚊种,首次证实该地区蚊虫携带LNV。 Objective To understand the main types of mosquitoes in Delingha region and to test the mosquito specimens to confirm whether they carry the Liaoning virus. Methods In August 2014, 6 050 mosquito specimens were collected from two sites with high mosquito density in the Delingha area. The mosquitoes were identified and the treated mosquitoes were inoculated into C6 / 36, BHK-21 and Vero The cells were virus isolated and tested for virus by RT-PCR. Results It was identified that there were 5 600 Aegitis spp. And 450 Aedes albopictus collected from mosquitoes, with the constituent ratios of 92.6% and 7.4%, respectively. Liaoning tube virus (Liaoning virus, LNV) was detected in 32 tubes. Conclusion The mosquito species in Delingha, Qinghai Province, were initially identified as Aedes albopictus and Aedes albopictus, and Aedes albopictus was the dominant mosquito species. For the first time, it was confirmed that mosquitoes carried LNV in this area.
