教师惩戒权是国家相关法律赋予教师管理学生的职责权利,也是教师履行教育教学职责而必须具有的基本权利。目前我国教师惩戒权的行使存在着惩戒行为背离惩戒目的、惩戒“过度”或“无度”、以惩代教等问题。本文从法律制定、教师职业素质和教育行政管理三方面提出了教师惩戒权行使的相应对策。 The right to discipline teachers is the right of teachers to manage the students’ rights given by the relevant laws of the country. It is also the basic right that teachers must have to perform their educational and teaching duties. At present, the exercise of the disciplinary right of teachers in our country has the purpose of disciplinary action departing from the disciplinary purpose, disciplining “excessive ” or “excessive ” to punish the issue of education. This article puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to exercise the disciplinary power of teachers from three aspects: law making, professional quality of teachers and educational administration.
