新疆党参多糖具有体外抗自由基作用 ,IC50 为 5 2 6× 10 -4 g ml。动物体内实验表明 ,新疆党参多糖对小鼠脑SOD、MDA亦有显著影响 ,使SOD活性增加 ,MDA含量减少 (P <0 0 1)。
Xinjiang Dangshen Polysaccharide has anti-free radical effect in vitro with IC50 of 5 2 6×10 -4 g ml. Animal experiments in vivo showed that Xinjiang Dangshen Polysaccharide had a significant effect on SOD and MDA in the brain of mice, which increased SOD activity and decreased MDA content (P < 0.01).
