以济宁三号煤矿63下04(南)-2运矸巷沿空留巷为工程背景,提出固体充填采煤沿空留巷上覆岩层协同控制系统的概念,分析了上覆岩层协同控制系统各要素的支护特性;以顶板允许下沉量及采煤成本等指标为依据,采用FLAC3D确定了影响巷道围岩稳定性的3个因素的参数值,也即在充填工作面充实率需达到80%,矸石带强度需达到4 MPa,矸石带宽高比需达到1∶1的条件下,可保障巷道的稳定控制;同时结合济宁三号矿具体地质条件,给出了沿空巷道加固支护方案。现场工业性试验表明:该技术的实施下沿空巷道顶底板移近量最大300 mm,两帮移近量最大240 mm,沿空巷道维护效果良好。
Based on the background of gob-side entry retaining of 63 04 (South) -2 gangue roadway in Jining No.3 Coal Mine, the concept of coordinated control system of overlying rock strata for gob-side entry retaining with solid filling is proposed.
