文章通过对云南农村中小学教师教育培训现状的调查分析,从创新推广理论角度提出农村教师教育技术培训的两个阶段及各阶段的培训目标。并从产品切换的角度讨论了教育技术在农村教师中的推广策略,即如何加强农村教师的教育技术产品切换危机感和如何减少农村教师的教育技术产品切换成本。
Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of teacher education and training in rural primary and middle schools in Yunnan Province, this paper puts forward two stages of rural teacher education and technical training as well as training objectives at all stages from the perspective of innovation and promotion theory. And from the perspective of product switching, the marketing strategy of educational technology in rural teachers is discussed, that is, how to strengthen the sense of crisis of rural teachers ’switching of educational technology products and how to reduce the switching cost of rural teachers’ educational technology products.
