本文首先对上博楚简《从政》篇的文本进行了系统梳理;其次,进一步结合传世文献对文中提到的“四毋”作深入探讨,作者认为简文的“暴、虐、贼、贪”就是传世文献中孔子所说的“四恶”;再次,作者结合郭店楚简《名数》篇,对简文所记君子与小人的不同心理进行了分析,即君子能够控制自己的情绪,小人则不能;最后,作者结合传世文献讨论“闻之曰”的来源,认为简文与孔子及其后学关系密切点是毫无疑问的,但若一定将其归结为某人或某派所作,似乎并无确证,也无必要。
