本文在综合分析现有来料的基础上，利用实例数据，着重对高低盒判断、毛坯形状及尺寸计算、拉深系数的选择、半成品尺寸计算等四大问题进行了讨论。结合若干实例的检验结果提出了推荐和补充意见，井在此基础上设计了软件细化运行框图。 Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing incoming materials, this paper discusses the four major problems, such as the judgment of high and low boxes, the calculation of the shape and size of blank, the selection of drawing coefficient and the calculation of the dimensions of semi-finished products. Combined with the test results of several examples, suggestions and supplementary opinions are put forward, and on the basis of this, the software refinement operation block diagram is designed.
