[目的]养阴柔肝化湿解毒方联合澳泰乐颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组50例澳泰乐颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。治疗组50例养阴柔肝化湿解毒方(生甘草6g,苍术、苦参各9g,白芍、茵陈、生地、虎杖、川石斛、半枝莲、车前子、北沙参各15g,猫人参、丹参、岗稔根、马鞭草各30g);水煎200mL,1剂/d,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、病毒指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效33例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效20例,有效12例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肝功能指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴柔肝化湿解毒方联合澳泰乐颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果显著,值得推广使用。
[Objective] To treat curative effect of nourishing Yin Rou Rou Gan Hua Shui Jie Du decoction combined with Aotaile Granules in treating chronic. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by lottery method. Control group, 50 cases of Otelle particles, 1 bag / time, 3 times / d. Treatment group 50 cases of yin Rou Rougan Huashi detoxification (raw licorice 6g, herb, Sophora 9g, white peony root, capillaris, habitat, Polygonum cuspidatum, Dendrobium, Scutellaria, Plantago, North Adenophora 15g, Cat ginseng, Salvia, Gang Ga root, verbena 30g); decoction 200mL, 1 / d, morning and evening oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 90d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, viral indicators, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group markedly effective in 33 cases, effective in 13 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate was 92.00%. In the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 18 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 64.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of liver function indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Nourishing Yin Rougan Huashi Moxibustion Recipe combined with Aotaile Granules in treating chronic hepatitis B has significant effect and is worth popularizing.
