准确及时的水文预报在防洪抢险、保证工农业安全生产,充分利用水资源以及发挥水利措施的作用方面都有很大的作用。因此,开展这方面的研究具有重要的理论价值及现实意义。本文总结了水文预报方面国内外的主要研究进展,并对今后的水文预报工作进行了展望。 Accurate and timely hydrological forecast plays a very important role in flood control and emergency rescue, ensuring safe production in agriculture and industry, making full use of water resources and water conservancy measures.
