在初为人师的几年里,班主任工作的繁琐让我深深体会到一个人的经历有限,既要教好书又管好学生必须讲究科学。通过近几年的实践,慢慢地我发现发挥学生的主体性,让学生自己管理自己,可以收到事半功倍的效果。下面浅谈一下粗浅做法。一、采取“一日班长”制度一日班长由全班学生轮流担任。每天一人,负责当天班级的一切事务。及时把当天情况写在“班级日志”上,放学后总结,表扬好人好事,批评不良行为,并提出要求和建议。过了一段时间,学生发现管别人并不是件容易的 In the first few years of being a teacher, the cumbersome work of a teacher in a class made me realize that a person’s experience is limited.
