贫血是妊娠期较常见的合并症,属高危妊娠范畴,其中缺铁性贫血占妊娠期贫血的95%。贫血在妊娠各期对母、儿均可造成一定危害,在某些贫血较严重的国家和地区,是孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一[1]。因此,积极治疗孕妇贫血,尤其在贫血的早期,采取合理有效的治疗,阻止病情进一步发展,是治疗孕妇贫血的关键。近3年,笔者收集并观察硫酸亚铁缓释片加食补治疗缺铁性贫血的孕妇(轻症患者)60例,疗效较满意,报告如下。 Anemia is a more common complication of pregnancy, is a category of high-risk pregnancies, of which iron deficiency anemia accounted for 95% of anemia during pregnancy.
