药物制剂中苄胺唑啉的测定,一般用英国药典1968年版的重量法,但方法较不灵敏且费时,如用美国药典18版的分光光度法则有其他2-咪唑啉干扰测定的缺点。本文提出了应用铁氰化钾及4-氨基安替比林与苯甲麻黄碱的颜色反应测定药物制剂中苄胺唑啉的含量,方法灵敏,可用于微量测定。方法:取注射液或片剂的水提取液,用水稀释至每100毫升约含10毫克苄胺唑啉
The determination of benzylazoline in pharmaceutical preparations is generally carried out by the gravimetric method of the British Pharmacopoeia 1968, but the method is less sensitive and time-consuming. For example, the spectrophotometric method of the 18th edition of the United States Pharmacopoeia has the disadvantage of measuring other 2-imidazoline interferences. This paper presents the application of potassium ferricyanide and 4-aminoantipyrine and benzethonium chloride color reaction determination of benzylazoline drug content, the method is sensitive, can be used for trace determination.
