为进一步推进烟草服务中心建设,打造湖南烟草商业“四有”服务品牌,学习省外兄弟单位的先进经验,省局(公司)经济运行处组织10名全省部分市、州局(公司)烟草服务中心人员赴浙江、云南进行了考察学习。期间,听取了浙江省局(公司)、大理州局(公司)的经验介绍,先后实地考察了浙江省局(公司)投诉受理中心、大理烟草物流园。考察组认为这两个单位集成一体的理念、跨业务流程整合与湖南烟草商业“以客户为关注点的购销业务流程”的服务中心建设有异曲同工之处,在信息化、集成化和建设思维的超前性方面值得我们学习借鉴。
