紫外线隔断膜是近年来日本新开发应用的一种大棚复盖材料。它可以隔断390nm以下光波的紫外光。紫外光对植物生长有抑制作用。在缺乏紫外光的条件下,灰霉病菌、菌核病菌发育受抑制,大棚中主要害虫蚜虫、螨类、南方黄蓟马无光感,眼前为一片黑暗。因此应用紫外线隔断膜栽培蔬菜可以收到增产防病虫的效果。这种覆盖材料是由日本东京大学发明的首先由日本农林水产省在东北试验场,千叶县农业试验场进行试验,在此基础上,1978年日本农业生产工学
