以国电吐鲁番大河沿49.5 MW风电工程水土保持设施验收技术评估实践为例,结合风电工程特点,探讨风电场项目水土保持设施验收技术评估中水土流失防治责任范围界定的问题。结果表明:验收技术评估时依据工程建设实际扰动面积即为工程实际防治责任范围的方法,得出的数据较为实际、合理、准确。
Taking the assessment of acceptance technology of soil and water conservation facilities for 49.5MW wind power project along Daheyan State Power Grid in Turpan as an example, this paper discusses the definition of responsibility scope of soil and water erosion prevention and control in assessment of acceptance of water and soil conservation facilities in wind farm project, combining the characteristics of wind power project. The results show that: according to the actual disturbing area of engineering construction, the method of acceptance of technical assessment is the actual scope of prevention and control of the project, and the data obtained is more practical, reasonable and accurate.
