本文着眼电力企业物资管理现状,从物流管理角度分析其发展瓶颈,提出通过实施标准化管理、建立高效的采购体系、发展和谐的供应商伙伴关系、提供优质的客户服务、发展第三方电力物流、建立合理的信息化平台、培养电力物流人才等措施,形成规范化、标准化、一体化、信息化的先进管理模式,最终实现电力企业高效率、低成本、便捷化的愿景。
This paper focuses on the current situation of material management in electric power enterprises, analyzes the bottleneck of its development from the point of view of logistics management, and proposes to set up an efficient procurement system, develop a harmonious supplier partnership, provide excellent customer service and develop third-party electric power logistics through the implementation of standardized management, Reasonable information platform and cultivating talents in power logistics so as to form an advanced management mode of standardization, standardization, integration and informationization, finally realizing the vision of high efficiency, low cost and convenience for power enterprises.
