随着2022年冬奥会的成功申办,更多人参与到冰上运动中来,为更快提高速度滑冰初学者的运动水平,进一步为初学者打牢理论基础,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,从陆冰结合教学方法入手,对速度滑冰初学者采用陆冰结合教学方法的效果进行了检验,得出:陆冰结合教学方法具有一定优势,但要注意合适的陆地模仿和针对性训练,该教学方法可为速度滑冰运动在群众范围内的发展提供理论参考。建议:在今后针对速度滑冰初学者的教学过程中,进一步完善陆冰结合教学方法,在陆地上可以选择原地站立和基本蹲姿、单脚支撑、移动重心、弯道滑行模拟等方法进行陆地练习;在冰上可以采取冰上站立及直立蹲起、双脚支撑平滑、单脚支撑平滑等方式进行冰上练习。
