(一)抓好实验指导的预习我在每次实验课前,都提出有关的思考题,让同学们带着问题预习,并要求作为课堂作业认真完成。如“观察植物细胞的有丝分裂”实验,我出了这样7道思考题: 1.为什么要把洋葱放在温暖的地方培养?为什么要让洋葱底部始终和水接触?为什么要经常换水? 2.用箭头概括出洋葱根尖装片制作的过程。

Why should the bottom of the onion always be in contact with water? Why change water frequently? 2. Sum up the process of producing the onion root tip.
