为了提高碳纤热塑复合材料(CFRTP)/不锈钢激光直接连接(LDJ)数值模拟的准确性,在实验的基础上拟合得到接触热导率计算公式,建立了考虑界面接触热阻的三维有限元传热模型。理论仿真结果与实验结果的对比分析表明,与传统模型相比,热接触模型更符合实际情况,可用于表征夹具压力对激光连接效果的影响。在激光功率为339W、夹具压力为0.1MPa时,传统模型计算的相对误差为12.3%,考虑接触热导率的热接触模型则将相对误差降至2.8%。该模型对提高激光直接连接数值模拟的准确性和工艺参数的优化选择具有重要价值。
In order to improve the accuracy of CFRTP / LDJ numerical simulation, the formula of contact thermal conductivity was fitted on the basis of experiments, and the three-dimensional finite element method Heat transfer model. The results of theoretical simulation and experimental results show that compared with the traditional model, the thermal contact model is more in line with the actual situation and can be used to characterize the impact of fixture pressure on the laser connection. When the laser power is 339W and the fixture pressure is 0.1MPa, the relative error calculated by the traditional model is 12.3%, and the relative error is reduced to 2.8% considering the thermal contact model with thermal conductivity. The model is of great value to improve the accuracy of numerical simulation of laser direct connection and optimize the process parameters.
