主要探讨非正态总体下的控制图优化设计问题.引入平均产品长度(APL)作为控制图性能的精确度量方法,针对一般控制图无法有效解决非正态总体的不对称性的情况,采用赋权方差法构造偏态控制图,获得其优化设计模型,并对该模型进行灵敏度分析.最后用一个例子说明了该优化设计模型的使用.
In this paper, we mainly discuss the control chart optimization design problem under the non-normal population.We introduce the average product length (APL) as an accurate measure of the performance of the control chart, and solve the problem that the general control chart can not effectively solve the non-normal asymmetry, The right-variance method is used to construct the skewed control chart, obtain the optimal design model, and analyze the sensitivity of the model.At last, an example is given to illustrate the use of the optimal design model.
