据统计,自1942年延安整风运动至今,全党性的“整党整风”教育活动共有13次。其中,改革开放以后有7次,远一点的是1983年至1985年整党,1998年至2000年的“三讲教育”、2005年至2006年的“保先教育”和2008年至2009年的“学习实践科学发展观活动”。最近三次分别是2014年开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,2015年开展“三严三实”学习教育,2016年开展“两学一做”学习教育。虽然我们的学习教育活动搞得轰轰烈烈,但是有些同志仍然存在模糊认识、思想障碍、轻视敷衍的态度,认为会不会又是一阵风?有的干部还在观望,同时在担心,觉得是不是又在走过场?
