由黑龙江省民族研究所研究员方衍著的《黑龙江方志考稿》一书,已由黑龙江人民出版社正式出版。方衍于民族史研究同时,对黑龙江旧志书翻检甚久。经过十余年的潜心研究,订漏补佚,考稽群籍,爬梳理析,又将近年新发现的珍本、抄本、稿本方志钩沉搜集,运用目录学的基本原理,撰写了一部解题式黑龙江省旧志专科书目著述。粗读之后,感到《黑龙江方志考稿》(以下简称《考稿》)颇有新意。有许多独到之处,特别是在解题内容撰写上,考论精辟,具有较高学术价值,可称为近年来旧志整理与研究的又一新成果。
