研究了脱铝丝光沸石的甲苯歧化反应性能及芳烃和水的吸附性能,应用Hammett指示剂法、脉冲色谱法及红外光谱法测定了脱铝后沸石的表面酸性。脱铝初期,甲苯歧化活性略有下降,随脱铝程度的加深,活性稍有回升。酸度测定结果也有对应关系。芳烃吸附量随脱铝明显增加,说明盐酸脱铝有扩孔作用,水吸附量略有增加,没观察到因脱铝引起的憎水性。小型固定床连续运转结果表明,脱铝能使沸石结焦受到抑制,活性稳定性提高。
The toluene disproportionation reaction and the adsorption of aromatic hydrocarbon and water on the dealuminated mordenite were studied. The surface acidity of the dealuminated zeolite was determined by Hammett indicator, pulse chromatography and infrared spectroscopy. In the early stage of dealumination, the disproportionation activity of toluene decreased slightly. With the deepening of the degree of dealumination, the activity slightly rose. There is also a corresponding relationship between acidity determination results. Aromatics adsorption amount increased significantly with the dealumination, indicating that the dealuminization of hydrochloric acid has a hole expanding effect, and the amount of water adsorbed slightly increases. Hydrophobicity due to dealumination was not observed. Small fixed bed continuous operation results show that dealumination zeolite zeolite can be suppressed, activity stability increased.
