战略人力资源管理的产生顺应了企业提升绩效、竞争优势的目标,其在国内外企业发展中的重要作用日益凸显。本文主要是回顾国内外学者对战略人力资源管理研究的基础上,为我国企业实施战略人力资源管理提供参考。
The emergence of strategic human resource management conforms to the goal of improving performance and competitive advantage of enterprises, and its important role in the development of enterprises both at home and abroad has become increasingly prominent. This paper mainly reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on strategic human resource management, and provides reference for our country’s enterprises to implement strategic human resource management.
