中国自2001年加入WTO后,电子通信(电信)业就面临着更为严峻的挑战,国际竞争越来越激烈,中国的电信业必须与国际接轨,向世界一流电信企业看齐。根据有关规定,电信企业入世后要在一年内初步开放网络服务,五年内完成开放目标。因此中国的电信业需要了解世界一流电信企业中采用的ARPU指标,并合理地引用。本文主要阐述了目前国内上市电信企业普遍运用的的新概念——ARPU值的内涵和意义,对其相关的“本期累计平均用户总数”进行分析,并提出实际应用中提高ARPU值的具体举措。
Since China joined the WTO in 2001, the electronic telecommunications (telecommunications) industry is facing more severe challenges. As the international competition becomes more and more fierce, China’s telecommunications industry must be in line with the international standards and become a world-class telecommunications company. According to the relevant regulations, telecom enterprises should initially open their network services within one year after their accession to the WTO and will complete the opening up within five years. Therefore, China’s telecom industry needs to understand the ARPU indicators used in world-class telecommunications companies and make reasonable references. This article mainly expounds the connotation and significance of the new concept commonly used by domestic listed telecom enterprises - the value of the “average total number of subscribers in the current period” of relevant listed companies, and puts forward that increasing the ARPU value in practical application Specific measures.
