目的 了解EICU患者身体约束情况并分析影响患者身体约束的相关因素,为准确实施约束提供依据.方法 选取2019年9月至2020年9月新疆某三甲医院EICU的502例约束患者作为研究对象,以约束决策轮与等级作为评估工具,在患者约束开始和结束时,使用自制的ICU患者身体约束评估表对患者进行一般资料、相关资料及各项评分的收集,并分析影响因素.结果 GCS、CPOT、SAS评分、CAM-ICU、非计划性拔管风险评分、肌力评分、巴氏评分、跌倒评分对于患者约束与否差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 患者身体约束受多种因素的影响,我们在采取约束时应结合患者的具体情况,根据患者自身的客观影响因素来进行评估,避免主观人为因素的影响,规范我们的约束行为,尽量降低约束率.
