患上唇裂的儿童口轮匝肌的功能障碍,能引起肌纤维适应性的结构改变。可借助一些方法来查明。不全唇裂时,代偿性的改建不仅涉及裂隙的边缘,并且也影响上唇两侧之间的“小桥”组织。本文的目的是借助肌测定法和超声立体测量法分析不同程度唇裂的“小桥”部横纹肌组织。材料和方法:20名6~10个月的患有不全唇裂的婴儿在行成形手术时切除的“小桥”部组织作为研究材料。第一组是患Ⅰ度唇裂(10名)修复时所切取的组织;第二组是从Ⅱ度唇裂(10名)修复时切取的组织。对照组为相同年龄和性别的无唇裂儿童的尸体材料。组织块用12%福尔马林固定,用石腊灌注。用苏木精伊红染色在切片上借目镜测

The first group consisted of tissues that had been harvested from patients with I degree cleft lip (10) and the second group from the cleft lip of grade II (10).
