目的 研究一种新型颈动脉滤器脑保护装置对颈动脉血液流变学的影响。方法 选择与人颈动脉血流比较接近的中华小型猪为动物模型,在猪颈动脉内置入滤器后分别应用激光衍射仪测量滤器远端和近端血液的流变学参数,研究颈动脉滤器置入对血液流变学的影响。结果 发现颈动脉滤器置入后,远端和近端血液的流变学参数有显著性差异,说明此新型颈动脉滤器保护装置确实能起到对脑的保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of a new type of cerebral protection device for carotid artery filter on carotid artery hemorheology. Methods Chinese miniature pigs, which were close to the human carotid artery blood flow, were selected as the animal model. The rheological parameters of the distal and proximal blood of the filter were measured by laser diffractometer after the filter was inserted into the porcine carotid artery. Into the impact of hemorheology. The results showed that after the insertion of carotid artery filter, rheological parameters of distal and proximal blood were significantly different, indicating that this new type of carotid artery filter protector can really play a protective effect on the brain.
