Under the Background of Financial Crisis With the resurgence of global trade protectionism, “CSR standards ” may become the new tool for the implementation of trade protection in Europe and the United States. When purchasing products, multinational companies not only demand quality, price and environmental protection, but also require exporters to meet their social obligations in line with European and American standards. If exporters fail to meet their expectations, they will face the risk of losing their international purchase orders. In this paper, we compare the three social responsibility standards of SA8000, BSCI and ISO26000 which are currently influential in the world, analyze their main features and requirements, and discuss the impact they will have on exporters in China Put forward the corresponding countermeasure analysis.
