目的对pH依赖型盐酸环丙沙星缓释微丸在家犬体内的药动学和相对生物利用度进行研究。方法建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定家犬血浆中盐酸环丙沙星的浓度;以市售普通片为参比,采用统计矩法对家犬血药浓度数据进行处理。结果pH依赖型盐酸环丙沙星缓释微丸有良好的缓释效果,和参比制剂生物等效。结论该缓释微丸在维持血药浓度稳定方面优于普通片,不良反应少。
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of pH-dependent ciprofloxacin sustained-release pellets in dogs. Methods The RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in dogs plasma. Statistical data was used to analyze the plasma concentrations of ciprofloxacin in domestic dogs. Results The pH-dependent ciprofloxacin hydrochloride sustained-release pellets showed good sustained-release effect and bioequivalence with the reference formulation. Conclusion The sustained-release pellets are superior to ordinary tablets in maintaining stable plasma concentration with less adverse reactions.
